ASAPThis is an excellent opportunity for an accounting or finance professional looking to grow into a senior leadership role. As Director of Finance and Administration, you will oversee the company's financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in the continued growth of Camden Logistics.

Responsibilities Lead accounting and financial administration functions

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain internal financial controls and procedures

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to company leadership

Assist with strategic planning and organizational decision-making

Oversee administrative functions supporting company operations

Work closely with external accounting and financial advisors

Supervise and support direct reports

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial and executive information

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Two to five years of accounting or finance experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion

Demonstrated work ethic and desire for professional growth

Preferred Qualifications

CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA licensure

Leadership or supervisory experience

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Experience supporting growing organizations
