I am a Principal Consultant and Project Manager overseeing several technical infrastructure and software projects, including national-scale data aggregation platforms and CRM integrations. I am looking for a sharp, detail-oriented IT Systems Assistant to help deploy and manage the technical backbone of these initiatives.
This is a "very limited hours" role, perfect for a technical professional or specialized developer looking for high-impact, short-duration work. You will work directly with me to ensure our systems—currently leveraging AI-assisted development (Lovable.dev) and Supabase
—remain scalable, secure, and highly available.
Skills & Qualifications
- Infrastructure & Proxy Management: Direct experience implementing and troubleshooting proxy rotation (residential/datacenter) to support high-volume data scraping and nationwide API aggregation.
- Modern Full-Stack Expertise: Proficiency in the Vite + React + Tailwind frontend stack and Supabase (Postgre
SQL) backend-as-a-service. - Database & Data Persistence: Advanced SQL skills for managing table schemas, row-level security (RLS), and data normalization (specifically for persisting external API data from sources like Jooble or Careerjet).
- Edge Functions & Automation: Experience writing and maintaining Supabase Edge Functions (Type Script) and setting up automated Cron jobs for database pruning and synchronization.
- AI-Assisted Development: Experience or strong interest in "vibe coding" workflows (e.g.,
Lovable.dev
, Cursor) to rapidly iterate and deploy production-ready code. - Security & Privacy Standards: An understanding of data privacy and information security frameworks to ensure all deployments are compliant and secure.
- System Deployment: Assist in the deployment of web applications, ensuring the seamless integration of frontend UI and Supabase backends.
- Proxy Configuration: Manage and optimize proxy server implementations to maintain high uptime for national search functions.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain clear, concise records of technical architecture and deployment steps to support audit-ready project management (PMP).
- API Management: Securely manage third-party REST API integrations using environment secrets and middleware.
