Job OverviewAs a Receiving Clerk, you will manage and document all incoming materials to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and proper inventory control. Responsibilities include inspecting deliveries, verifying documentation, updating inventory systems, coordinating material movement to internal departments, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Full training provided; no prior experience required.
Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against packing lists, purchase orders, and quality requirements.
- Document received materials in the inventory or ERP system.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues.
- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams regarding material availability.
- Ensure materials are labeled, staged, and delivered to appropriate internal locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided).
- Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- No prior experience required – we will train you.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn inventory/ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts or material handling equipment (certification provided).
- Dependability and strong work ethic.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous warehouse or receiving experience.
- Forklift certification or past forklift experience.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
- On site position based in Tulsa, OK.
- Second shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
- Must be able to work extended hours as required by management.
- No travel required.
Starting pay: $16.00 per hour along with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. Full‑time, hourly role.
