Blue Worx is hiring a Production Test Stand Technician to support final hydraulic testing operations in a manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and accuracy before shipment and is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates with experience in assembly, testing, or fluid power systems.

The Production Test Stand Technician is responsible for performing final hydraulic testing on completed assemblies in accordance with specifications and procedures. This position also provides support to other production areas, including assembly, paint, and pneumatic testing, as needed.

• Perform hydraulic testing on completed assemblies per specifications and procedures

• Verify correct assembly and functionality of finished valves and components

• Accurately process jobs and record data in the production tracking system (KBS)

• Document quality defects identified during testing

• Maintain technical knowledge of hydraulic components and systems

• Support other production departments including assembly, production support, and paint

• Promote and follow all safety policies

• Maintain good housekeeping and organized work areas

• Complete assigned tasks, reports, and documentation in a timely manner

• Participate in departmental meetings and special projects

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or GED required (must be 18 years or older
  )

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to safely use power tools

• Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly, service, repair, or modification of mechanical equipment preferred

• Experience testing fluid power or hydraulic components preferred

• Computer literate; experience with Microsoft Windows and Excel preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accurate data and documentation

• Willingness to work overtime

• Must wear steel-toe shoes and required PPE

• Standing for 90% or more of the work shift

• Regular lifting up to 25 lbs

  , and occasional lifting over 50 lbs

• Ability to move throughout a 50,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled facility

• Indoor,
