We are seeking a dependable Sheet Metal Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team. In this hands‑on production role, you’ll assemble metal components and finished products using hand and power tools while working from blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.

This position involves building a variety of industrial and commercial sheet metal products
, including roof hatches, access doors, floor doors, equipment enclosures, and specialty assemblies.

Position Overview

This is a fast‑paced manufacturing role where mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and quality workmanship are key to success. If you enjoy hands‑on assembly work and take pride in building quality products, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble sheet metal components and finished products according to blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions
  • Use hand and power tools including drills, impact drivers, rivet guns, grinders, measuring tools, and other assembly equipment
  • Measure, align, fit, and secure components to ensure proper assembly and functionality
  • Install hardware such as hinges, latches, fasteners, seals, and related components
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and production standards are met
  • Identify defects, alignment issues, or missing components and communicate concerns as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements
Qualifications
  • Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly drawings
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Good mechanical aptitude and basic problem‑solving skills
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented production environment
  • Sheet metal manufacturing experience is a plus
Pay & Incentives

Starting Pay: $17.64/hr
Sign‑On Bonus: $900
Schedule: Full‑Time
