About the Role:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined, trainable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This is a hands-on role focused on general assembly of mechanical components and equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Some basic welding experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right person.

You will work with hand and power tools to assemble parts, support fabrication and light welding tasks as needed, and help build reliable equipment that meets quality and safety standards. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Days: Monday – Thursday
Hours: 5:00a – 4:00p

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general mechanical assembly of components and equipment
• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist in the assembly of machinery, hydraulic systems, and fabricated parts
• Support light welding tasks (training provided for the right candidate)
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams as needed (training available)
• Identify and report any quality, safety, or assembly issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
• Be open to learning new skills and cross-training across departments
