Refine is the AI platform researchers at Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Cambridge, IMF, and World Bank use to catch errors in technical documents. We're at $1.5+M ARR, profitable, growing fast, and have more inbound demand than we can systematically convert. That's the problem — and the opportunity.
Why this role is unusual:You'd be the first dedicated go-to-market hire, working directly with both co-founders. The product already has deep traction; adoption across 1,000+ institutions, top economics journals, central banks, hedge funds.

You're not starting from zero product-market fit. You're building the growth engine around a product researchers already love.
What you'd own:- PLG optimization — activation experiments, conversion funnels, retention
- Systematizing our institutional sales motion (central banks, universities, research organizations)
- Outbound, partnerships, whatever moves the needle
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll have direct access to every customer conversation, every metric, and the latitude to run your own playbook.
