This role is ideal for a high-performing sales leader with deep experience in electrical power distribution and mission‑critical infrastructure. As the National Sales Director, you will drive U.S.‑wide growth for a fast‑growing power distribution manufacturer, leading strategic expansion efforts across the booming data center market. Job Description

As the National Sales Director, you will oversee nationwide sales strategy, pipeline management, and major account acquisition across the data center and mission‑critical sectors. You will engage with high‑value customers—including general contractors, hyperscale developers, EPC firms, and design‑build partners—to promote a full suite of low‑voltage switch gear, switchboards, panel boards, and power distribution systems. Your role includes identifying new revenue opportunities, forecasting national sales performance, collaborating with engineering teams, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in large‑scale electrical infrastructure projects.

This is a pivotal leadership position with major influence on market share, customer engagement, and national channel growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all U.S. national sales efforts for low‑voltage switch gear, switchboards, panel boards, and power distribution products.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on data center and mission‑critical markets.
  • Build and manage relationships with GCs, developers, EPCs, and design‑build partners.
  • Drive sales pipeline growth, demand generation, and revenue forecasting.
  • Present technical solutions and collaborate with engineering and product teams.
  • Identify market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs across regions.
  • Support negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization for major projects.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
