Traffic Control Tech./ Road Construction Labor

Tulsa, OK

• Set and maintain traffic control devices, set forms, reinforcing steel, anchor bolts, and pour concrete for sign foundations.
• Erect pipe and angle iron frameworks by bolting, welding or other methods before installation of directional and informational signs.
• Locate and drill holes, hoist signs into place, and fasten signs to frameworks.
• Install and remove pavement markings on roadways, airports, parking lots, and warehouse facilities.
• Perform additional tasks such as installing delineators, striping, striping removal, reflective pavement markers, lane closures, and detours.
• Place, maintain, and service traffic control devices, ensuring proper location and operating condition.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. recommended but not required.
• Traffic control technician or supervisor training recommended but not required; can be provided during employment.
• Ability to lift at least 100 lbs.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license required; a C.D.L. license may increase hourly wage.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; ability to work outdoors during heat.
• Dependable and punctual; work in a fast‑paced, physical environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
