** Assist in servicing products and equipment at customer locations, performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Assists in servicing products and equipment.
* Identifies, analyzes, and performs routine repairs on instruments and products at customer locations.
* Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications.
* Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order.
* Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities.
* Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites.
*
* Education and Experience Requirements:

** High School Diploma. Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred. 1 to 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role or related position preferred.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*** Proficiency in all MS Office programs.
* Proficient in MS Office programs
* Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively
* Pay high attention to detail.
* Possesses strong multitasking and organizational skills.
** Work Environment and

Essential Physical Functions:

*** Drive a vehicle for up to 95 percent of the hours worked.
* Maintain company vehicle (oil and fluid changes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, etc.)
* Frequent exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
* Lift up to 50lbs.
* Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time.
