We are looking for a Project Manager – EV Infrastructure
Location :  Padua
Reporting to:  Regional Manager Southern EU

The role
You will join the team as a  Project Manager , supporting the planning, coordination and execution of EV charging infrastructure projects.
You will work closely with senior project managers, technical teams and external stakeholders, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects, on time and within budget.
You will also play an active role in supporting service escalations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
Project Management
Support project phases: planning, design, installation and commissioning
Monitor timelines, costs and resources
Prepare project documentation, reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors
Service & Operations
Manage initial service escalations and customer communication
Analyze recurring issues and propose solutions
Support maintenance planning and coordination activities
Pre-Sales
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
Contribute to client presentations and meetings
Compliance & Quality
Support the management of permits and required documentation
Perform quality checks on project deliverables
Support compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 (health and safety on construction sites)

Requirements
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or management (lead role)
Preferred experience in electrical systems, renewable energy or e-mobility
Basic knowledge of EV charging infrastructure (including DC chargers)
Experience in electrical system installations
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
Familiarity with project management tools (preferred)
Soft Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Customer-oriented approach
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Languages
Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
Additional languages are a plus (French, Spanish)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Availability
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings

Project Management
Supporto alle diverse fasi di progetto: pianificazione, progettazione, installazione e avviamento
Monitoraggio di tempi, costi e risorse
Preparazione di documentazione, report e aggiornamenti per stakeholder interni ed esterni
Coordinamento con fornitori e subappaltatori
Service & Operations
Gestione delle prime escalation di servizio e comunicazione con i clienti
Analisi delle problematic he ricorrenti e proposta di soluzioni
