Position: Regional Performance & Insights Lead

We are looking for a Regional Performance & Insights Lead

Lead the European Performance Hub.
Ensure standardized performance governance, deliver weekly executive-ready insights, and coordinate cross-functional actions across Brands, G10 Markets, Digital Operations, CRM/Lead Management, and Media Agency.
Act as the primary regional owner for full-funnel intelligence, enabling data-driven decision-making for Brand CEOs, Market MDs, and RMPE leadership.

Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Funnel Governance & Methodology

• Own and continuously evolve the full-funnel performance methodology across G10 markets and Business Units (Pro One, Spoticar, Corporate Brands).

• Define KPI logic, alert thresholds, funnel reading rules, and standard templates used across Region.

• Ensure consistent funnel interpretation across Markets KPIs (E. Sessions → Engagement → LFAs → Leads → Offers → Orders).

• Strong understanding of customer centricity, link of media expenses with orders

2. Weekly Funnel Alerts & Diagnosis (monthly, quarterly)

• Lead the creation and publication of Weekly Regional Alerts in both Brand and Market versions including RMPE leadership reporting

• Provide cross-functional diagnosis for all major performance movements:
o Media (spend, mix, traffic quality)
o Digital Experience (landing pages, offer visibility, UX issues)
o ead Conversion (LFAs → Leads → Offers → Orders)

• Prioritize critical cases and ensure fast action in Tier 1/2 markets.

3. Strategic Insights & Executive Communication

• Translate funnel signals into clear business recommendations for RMPE, Brands, and Markets.

• Present insights to:
o RMPE Leadership Team
o Brand CEOs & Business Unit Directors
o Market MDs & Sales Directors

• Deliver concise, high impact performance narratives that support strategic and operational decision making.

4. Regional Performance Governance Rhythm

• Lead the monthly and quarterly performance governance forums.

• Ensure Markets follow a harmonized performance governance and shared KPI definitions.

• Align Central, Market and Agency roles in the weekly Operating Governance.

5. Deep-Dive Prioritization & Issue Escalation

• Identify where Central Performance Hub must conduct in-depth analysis (Tier 1 or high-risk cases).

• Coordinate cross-functional root-cause investigations with Media, Creatives, Digital Ops, CRM, and Agencies.

6. Market Alignment & Capability Building

• Ensure full adoption of Regional standards across the Market funnel teams.

• Coach Market Performance Leads and Analysts on reading funnel signals, prioritization and action planning.

• Create and maintain consistent performance language across Region.

Leadership & Behavioral Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to simplify complexity.

• Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.

• Ability to influence without authority and align multiple senior stakeholders.

• Fast decision-making and prioritization under time pressure.

• Strong collaboration across Media, Digital, CRM, Brands, and Markets.
Performance & Insight Skills

• Ability to connect media, digital experience, and CRM/lead performance into one coherent narrative.

• Strong diagnosis capabilities to identify root causes across multiple levers.

• Exceptional synthesis skills—turn large datasets into actionable insights.

Technical Skills

• Power BI / Tableau / Looker (expert interpretation; ability to guide analysts).

• Understanding of digital media metrics (reach, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, mix quality).

• Knowledge of digital engagement KPIs (bounce, scroll depth, interaction, configurator usage).

• Familiarity with lead funnel metrics (LFA, Lead, Offer, Order).

• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills for executive reporting.
