Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are seeking a high-profile  Group Automotive Industrialization & Program Manager  to lead technological innovation and manufacturing excellence across our international automotive plants. This strategic leadership role is designed for a visionary expert capable of harmonizing complex manufacturing processes and steering high-stakes OEM programs on a global, multi-site scale.

The successful candidate will hold strategic oversight of the entire industrial project lifecycle across multiple plants. You will move beyond managing the "what" (the process) to defining the "how" (the long-term industrial strategy), ensuring global production efficiency, technological leadership, and the achievement of ambitious financial and market objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Multi-plant Industrial Strategy & CapEX:  Define and harmonize investment strategies for new high-automation production lines across various international sites, managing complex budgets and global workload distribution.
End-to-End Program Management:  Act as the primary technical lead for Tier-1 and OEM customers, ensuring rigorous milestone adherence from initial concept through to SOP (Start of Production) and full-scale manufacturing.
Design for Excellence (DfX):  Lead global core teams to influence product design, ensuring that every component is optimized for automated assembly, scalability, and cost-of-quality reduction.
Strategic Leadership:  Coordinate and mentor multidisciplinary teams (Process Engineers, Project Managers, and Manufacturing Specialists) across different geographical locations, fostering a high-performance and results-oriented culture.
Standardization & Operational Excellence:  Implement and govern rigorous methodologies—including P-FMEA, QRQC, and international Project Management standards—to ensure consistent productivity and quality across the Group.
Supplier Governance & Innovation Scouting:  Oversee technical assessments of international suppliers and identify emerging technologies to maintain the Group’s competitive edge in the automotive market.

Requirements

Education:

Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Management Engineering (or related technical fields).

Experience:

10+ years of progressive leadership within the Automotive or Aerospace sectors, with a proven track record in managing complex assembly processes in multi-plant environments.
Managerial Excellence:  Substantial experience in CapEX management, strategic development planning, and international human resources coordination.

Languages:

Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Goal-driven mindset, exceptional complex problem-solving abilities, and a systemic vision of global manufacturing dynamics.
