This role provides technical support to the Network Engineering Project Management Team, facilitating macro and small cell modification projects from server installation to full integration and activation. The position requires working with internal and external teams to ensure projects progress through a multi-step process and achieve timely issue resolution.

• Provide technical support to the Network Engineering Project Management Team.
• Manage macro and small cell modification projects from server installation to full integration and activation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive project progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Organize and prioritize a large number of projects, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Track issues and develop long-term solutions for frequently recurring problems.

• 5 years of network engineering experience.
• Proven experience troubleshooting network elements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of clearly and concisely presenting issues and involving necessary specialists for resolution.

• Experience integrating cell sites.
• Fiber experience.
• Samsung USM experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3 years of project management experience.

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $50.00 - $52.90/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
