Customer Service / Dispatch Coordinator (Waste Management)

Pay: $22-$35/hour (DOE)

We are hiring

5-7 strong Customer Service / Dispatch professionals to support a rapidly growing waste management operation. This team will play a critical role in coordinating service delivery, managing routes, and ensuring customers and vendors are aligned.

• Coordinate service schedules, deliveries, and route logistics
• Contact customers to confirm services and timelines
• Communicate with vendors and contractors to organize services
• Track routes, customer activity, and schedules in Excel and Google Sheets
• Monitor field activity to ensure timely pickups and service completion
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to customers

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or call center experience
• Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces (customers, drivers, vendors)
• Confident communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Sales or upselling experience is a strong plus
• Waste management or logistics experience preferred, but not required

• Must be able to interview by Friday, May 8
• Must be able to start Monday, May 11 (no 2-week notice)
