Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representative position(s) is to support the sales effort by acting as a conduit between internal and external customers. This is achieved through processing customer orders and requests, and managing all facets of customer orders from initiation through invoicing.

Job Duties

• Process customer orders by creating the necessary documentation and support materials to clearly communicate order specifications
• Process other customer requests (quotation, job status, information) in a timely and proactive manner.
• Provide support, under the direction of the assigned Sales Representative, to internal and external customers through communication channels and task completion.
• Communication, both written and oral, with internal and external customers as required.
• Communicate status of requests for orders and pending projects on Job Status Update.
• Make suggestions/requests for current and future needs.
• Work with purchasing to ensure materials for customer orders are procured.
