We are looking to add a customer service rep to our food service department in Tyler, TX.
Pay – $15 weekly pay.
Schedule – Part Time or Full Time.
- Part Time: 2:30 pm – 8:00 pm, every other weekend.
- Full Time: 7 am – 3:30 pm, every other weekend.
- Provide nutritional care to patients by assisting in menu selection.
- Assist in patient meal delivery and patient set‑up with direct patient contact.
- Receive and process phone orders.
- Identify patients who have not ordered meals with the assistance of the tray‑tracking system.
- Make meal rounds and collect survey information.
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
- Must have customer service experience.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
