Position Summary for the Bilingual Digital Branch Sales (FSO)

We're growing and looking to add our next great talent! We're hiring for a bilingual fluent English and Spanish talent to join the Digital Branch Sales Team. As a Bilingual Digital Branch Sales (FSO) you play a key role in delivering on our mission to care for members like family. Every interaction is an opportunity to build trust, create meaningful relationships, and provide solutions that truly improve our members' financial lives.

You'll assist opening new accounts, take consumer loan applications and carry to the finish line when the loan is funded, and connect members to additional services through thoughtful referrals, all while creating experiences that lead to lasting loyalty and positive feedback.

We are looking for someone who holds themselves to a high standard of excellence, paying attention to details, and ensuring accuracy in every transaction. In this role, accountability matters, results matter, and how you achieve them matters most.

Compensation and Position Classification

$19 to $23 per hour, including Bilingual English/Spanish stipend, DOE. Paid bi-weekly plus monthly uncapped incentives. Monthly incentive varies on production results.

What You'll Do as the Bilingual Digital Branch Sales (FSO)
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.
  • Actively contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on available loan products, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive member growth by building strong relationships and expanding membership.
  • Accurately identify members' needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate.
  • Consistently produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review.
  • Assist Digital Branch in growing the credit union to increase members and loans and deposits, while achieving net income.
What We're Looking for in a Bilingual Digital Branch Sales (FSO)
  • Written and verbal proficiency and fluent in English and Spanish
  • Prioritizes long-term relationships over one-time transactions
  • Familiar or prior work experience in a call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Genuine self-starter attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of foundation of determining credit worthiness
  • Collaborative teamwork
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, attention to detail, focus on accuracy and quality

Required Experience
  • Digital Branch Sales FSO I:
    Six months to two years of product and services sales experience similar to retail sales or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor, credit union or bank teller, or credit union or bank CSR.
  • Digital Branch Sales FSO II:
    Two to ten years of consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor or credit union/bank CSR.
  • Digital Branch Sales FSO III:
    Ten or more years of consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor or credit union/bank CSR.
Education

Minimum high school graduate or GED. For FSO II, a four-year completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration with major in Finance, Marketing, or Communications is accepted as required experience equivalent.

Location & Hours

Onsite in our Tyler, Texas Administration Office. Work availability during business hours Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, occasional before/after hours meetings 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM. Saturdays rotating schedule 9 AM – 2 PM.
