Position Summary
We're growing and looking to add our next great talent! We're hiring for a bilingual fluent English and Spanish candidate to join our Grande, 5th ST, or Digital Branches Sales Team. This role focuses on delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships with members.
Compensation and Position ClassificationBase pay: US $19 per hour, paid bi‑weekly, plus monthly uncapped incentives. Includes a bilingual English/Spanish stipend. Monthly incentive varies on production results and depends on experience.

- Deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.
- Contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on loan products, and guiding members through the loan process.
- Drive member growth by building strong relationships and expanding membership.
- Accurately identify member needs and refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate.
- Produce high‑quality work with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review.
- Assist the Grande Branch in growing the credit union by increasing members, loans, and deposits while achieving net income.
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Prioritizes long‑term relationships over one‑time transactions.
- Preferred prior work experience in a call center for Digital Branch FSO.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- A genuine self‑starter attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of creditworthiness assessment.
- Collaborative teamwork skills.
- Strong planning and prioritization with keen attention to detail.
- Trusted advisor with strong reliability.
Six (6) months to two (2) years of product and services sales experience in retail sales or a related banking/credit union industry (e.g., loan processor, teller, banker).
EducationMinimum high school graduate or GED.

Location & HoursOnsite at our Tyler, Texas Administration Branch Office. Business hours Monday‑Friday 8 AM‑6 PM; occasional before/after business‑hour meetings 7:30 AM‑7 PM. Rotating Saturday schedule 10 AM‑2 PM.
