Position Summary
Bilingual Financial Services Officer III – Branch Sales (Full‑time, onsite). Fluent English and Spanish required.
CompensationBase pay: $23 per hour (paid bi‑weekly). Plus monthly uncapped incentives, and a bilingual English/Spanish stipend. Monthly incentives vary with production results.

- Deliver an exceptional member experience, building trust and long‑term relationships.
- Assist with opening new accounts and processing consumer loan applications through funding.
- Educate members about loan products and guide them through the loan process.
- Identify opportunities for membership growth and provide referrals to Financial Advisors and Mortgage Department.
- Maintain high accuracy with minimal audit findings and produce quality work.
- Support branch growth objectives for new members, loans, and deposits.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Prioritizes long‑term relationships over one‑time transactions.
- Experience in a call center or digital branch environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude and ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced setting.
- Fundamental knowledge of credit worthiness assessment.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trusted adviser to members and colleagues.
Ten (10) or more years in consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union roles such as loan processor, banker, or similar.
EducationHigh school graduate or GED.

Location & HoursOnsite at Tyler, Texas Branch Offices. Business hours Monday‑Friday 8 AM–6 PM; occasional before/after hours 7:30 AM–7 PM. Saturdays rotating 10 AM–2 PM.
