Party Experience Ambassador (Commission Based | Weekends) – Family Entertainment Franchisee Role Overview
Love being around people, kids, and celebrations? This Party Experience Ambassador role is a high-energy, social, part time role where you are inside the birthday party! You will be meeting the parents, building relationships, and helping families plan their next celebration with us!
This role is 100% commission based
, designed for someone who wants flexibility, enjoys talking to people, and is motivated to earn based off performance.
- Oversight: Building birthday party guest relationships during in the moment birthday parties to book future events at your facility.
- Engagement: Engage with parents during live birthday parties and events
- Implementation: Share party options and help parents secure their next birthday party on the spot
- Target: Meet or exceed monthly booking target for birthday party bookings.
- Offer: Offer exclusive in-the-moment incentives to encourage booking today
- Be part of the party environment! Ensuring guests feel welcomed, excited, and taken care of!!
- Stay at home moms or parents looking for weekend income
- Outgoing personalities who naturally connect with people
- Anyone who enjoys sales but prefer a fun, social environment vs. cold calling
- You’re not cold calling – you’re speaking with families already celebrating!
- You’re armed with tools, offers, and support to help you succeed
- You control your earnings- the more you book the more you make!
- You’re working in a fun, high energy environment, and not behind a desk!
- Natural outgoing and personable- someone people trust quickly
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new peopleli>
- Confident in guiding conversations toward a decision
- Strong listener- can read people and adjust approach
- Sales experience is a plus (especially commission based), but not required

- Consistently closing bookings during weekend shifts
