Description & Requirements
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing Brady
PLUS’ growing Jan San and Industrial Packaging segments. Working with Brady
PLUS CRM, sales representatives will follow up on leads, identify key markets, and use Brady
PLUS’ sales process to grow the division. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new leads, developing key relationships, and identifying and resolving customer concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager to drive and support corporate programs with a focus on chemicals, paper, and other key janitorial segments.
- Develop and implement plans to penetrate sales in Hospitality, Industrial, Health Care and Food service industries.
- Maximize industry knowledge and increase product knowledge to help customers navigate alternatives and avoid potential pitfalls.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities.
- Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience or related experience, or equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
- High School Diploma required; college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred.
- Must be licensed to operate a vehicle and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Physical requirements:
occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling; frequently lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. - Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
