Plumbing Technician - Camera & Drain Specialist

• $27 to $32 per hour based on experience and qualifications

• Monthly performance pay opportunity up to 20 percent on revenue above target

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Weekend on call rotation approximately every 6 to 8 weeks

• Typical workload of 40 to 50 hours per week

• Perform sewer and drain inspections using camera and locator equipment in Tyler, Texas and surrounding areas within a 40 mile radius of 75703

• Diagnose plumbing issues including root intrusion, pipe damage, improper grading, and system deterioration

• Explain findings to customers and recommend clear, practical solutions

• Recommend services such as hydro jetting, pipe repair, and trenchless solutions when appropriate

• Document inspections with accurate notes and detailed reports

• Maintain and care for inspection and locating equipment

• Work closely with plumbing service and installation teams to complete jobs efficiently

• Follow local plumbing codes and company safety standards

• Deliver a professional customer experience from start to finish

Hiring Expectations:

• Active Texas Tradesman Plumber License or higher

• 3 to 5 years of plumbing experience, including sewer camera inspection

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in plumbing systems

• Ability to clearly explain findings and solutions to customers

• Experience creating written service reports and documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Willingness to participate in a rotating emergency call schedule
