• Manage the Wellness Institute Education delivery team to provide outstanding education for all Technogym products to engage fitness professionals, aid customer success and enhance brand loyalty;
• Lead the growth of the Personal Trainer Network and revenue creation in line with the Go Consumer strategy;Key Role Responsibilities
Lead the Wellness Institute Educators to provide market-leading education to fitness professionals on all Technogym products across Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle;
Implement and manage quality assurance processes and personal development plans to continually improve the standard of education delivery by the Wellness Institute Educators;
Lead the Wellness Institute Educators to create and deliver innovative and engaging individual and group programming for customers utilising Technogym product lines including Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle;
Delivery of training across the product and solution portfolio as required;
Suggest new education content for bespoke and innovative workshops and online content following Technogym Wellness Institute best practice;
Manage training plans and development days for clients/customers Implement development plans to upskill Wellness Institute Educators to deliver the Wellness Institute development days;
Manage the full training schedule for resource planning;
Communicate with sales teams and customers to identify needs and evaluate training opportunities;
Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships;Short Description
