Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Elevations, you'll be an important part of our creative team, helping bring ideas to life across a range of projects for clients in the UK and internationally. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and the wider team, supporting the development of visual concepts and producing thoughtful, well‑crafted design work. From early ideas through to final artwork, you will have the opportunity to learn by doing, gain experience, build confidence, and develop your creative skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Supporting the 2D team with the development of visual concepts across a range of projects
- Producing design artwork across print and digital, with guidance from more experienced designers
- Preparing files for production and ensuring artwork is accurate and well organised
- Making design amends and refinements in response to feedback
- Helping maintain brand consistency across different projects and touchpoints
- Organising and managing design files, assets, and templates
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and partners
- Contributing ideas and helping improve how we work
- Occasional site visits in the UK and abroad
- A genuine enthusiasm for design and a curiosity to keep learning
- Care and pride in your work, with a strong eye for detail
- A positive, open mindset and a willingness to take on feedback
- An interest in how design ideas translate into real‑world experiences
- Confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas, even at an early stage
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
