About the role

We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to play a key role within our 2D team, creating and delivering graphics for high-end exhibition environments, including printed applications and digital content for integrated screens and LED walls.

Working alongside our 3D, CAD, Project Management and Workshop teams, you'll help bring our clients' brands to life by producing high-quality, production-ready artwork that is visually impactful, technically accurate and aligned with their objectives and brand guidelines.

This role is ideal for someone with around five years' experience in the exhibition or experiential sector who is confident taking ownership of graphic projects, managing multiple deadlines and delivering exceptional work through to final production.

What you ll be doing

• Creating and checking visual assets for high-end exhibition environments, including large-format printed graphics and digital content for screens and LED walls integrated within exhibition stands.
• Preparing artwork for production, ensuring files are accurate and organised.
• Working closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver against expectations.
• Making design amendments and refinements in response to feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ensuring brand guidelines are applied accurately across a variety of clients and projects.
• Organising and maintaining design files, assets and templates for efficient project delivery.
• Collaborating with colleagues and external partners throughout the project.
• Contributing ideas and helping to improve processes and ways of working within the team.
• Occasionally visiting exhibition sites in the UK and internationally to support the wider team.

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office
• Experience producing large-format graphics and preparing artwork for production.
