Location: Heywood, Oldham
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week
Pay: £13.71 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You’ll Do- Support young people with daily routines: getting ready for school, meal preparation, and planning activities
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
- Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects
- Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care
Our home is a solo home with 6 staff working in 2‑1 shifts. The team is diverse and has a family environment rather than an institutional setting. Our young person is a 14‑year‑old male who has expressed happiness living at this home. The team has long‑standing staff committed to mentoring and guiding new members.
