Residential Team Leader

Location: Heywood, Oldham

Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.71 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

Closing Date: Saturday 28 February 2026

Care Tech Community Services established in 1993 offers over 250 services and continues to grow. We provide support to people with complex behaviours related to autism, learning disabilities, mental health illnesses and neurological conditions, helping them to live independently in their homes or in residential care. • Support young people with daily routines: getting ready for school, meal preparation, and planning activities
• Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping
• Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
• Plan and join fun activities such as trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects
• Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care

Our home is a solo home with 6 staff working in 2‑1 shifts. The team is diverse and has a family environment rather than an institutional setting. Our young person is a 14‑year‑old male who has expressed happiness living at this home. The team has long‑standing staff committed to mentoring and guiding new members.
