Position: Site Operative (Part-Time)

Job Introduction:
Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Site Operative who takes pride in creating safe, clean and well‑maintained environments. This is your chance to play a vital part in supporting the UK’s Armed Forces while they train. You’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team responsible for keeping our Training Estate facilities running smoothly, from cleaning accommodation blocks to maintaining grounds and buildings.

Role Details
  • Shifts:

    08:00 – 12:00, Monday to Friday
  • Hours:

    20 per week
  • Contract:

    Permanent
  • Location:

    Castlemartin Camp, Pembroke, SA71 5EB

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain site cleanliness to ensure all areas are safe and fit for purpose
  • Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and shower facilities
  • Carry out general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
  • Support general building maintenance
  • Assist with basic grounds maintenance
  • Manage stock levels and supplies
  • Complete documentation using both IT and paper-based systems
  • Support additional tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
  • General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
  • Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to complete documentation accurately
  • Basic IT skills, including using a tablet
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential due to rural location)
