Position: Qualifications and Apprenticeship Manager
Location: Park Road, Teddington, SW London
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: GBP 35,000 : GBP 40,000 per annum

Due to our continued success and growth we have an exciting role for someone to lead this growth through our people supporting them with various industry qualification programmes.

As part of our Spend Your Career strategy, manage all components of our qualifications programmes from Apprenticeships through to the RICS membership and accreditation, helping us develop highly skilled staff for the future. Liaison with the Coaching Managers to embed and align qualifications learning into on the job learning plans, mini workshops and best practice.

Responsibilities:

: Develop company three to five:year qualifications strategy.
: Manage relationship with apprenticeship training providers and qualifications awarding bodies.
: Oversee Apprenticeship Levy Fund with Finance support ensuring maximum return on investment. Forecast ongoing enrolment and plan with the business.
: Manage coordination of the apprenticeship strategy and completion of apprenticeship qualifications.
: Identify qualifications requirements for key business areas and develop plans to deliver ensuring minimal distraction and maximum staff engagement.
: Lead the development of a qualifications system.
: Manage the processing of annual ARLA and RICS invoices.

About you:

: Passionate about delivering the best quality apprenticeship and other qualifications.
: Good understanding of qualifications and apprenticeship standards, awarding bodies, and regulatory requirements.
: Understand Dexters best practices as our qualifications are underpinned by our best practices.
: Experience in managing quality standards and of developing and maintaining qualifications content.
: Ideally has worked within the Estate Agency or Property Sector.
: Good level of numeracy and ability to produce, understand, analyse and report upon relevant statistics.
: Flexible approach to travel, workload and able to work under pressure.
: Hard working, highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload.
: Able to work under pressure.
: Must be seen to adopt a professional approach in all dealings and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
: Excellent attention to detail.
: Able to demonstrate initiative along with a 'can do' approach.
: Ability to maintain confidentiality in all dealings and correspondence.
: An ambassador for the company, working in the Dexters Way with a great culture and always acting in the best interest of the company.
