Primary Care Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Health and Social Care Partnership for an experienced Primary Care Nurse to join a friendly, forward thinking multidisciplinary team in Lochgelly Health Centre.

You will be flexible and have the ability to use their own initiative by working autonomously, as well as being able to work under pressure and commit to delivering safe and effective patient-centered care, whilst demonstrating continuous professional development.

You will be responsible and accountable for the assessment and delivery of quality nursing care in a primary care setting, with an emphasis on the provision of chronic disease management, including respiratory care/intervention to the practice population.

Excellent clinical, communication, IT, time management and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
