Maintenance Plumber - High-End Residential (City of London)

Experienced Maintenance Plumber required for high-end residential projects across West, Central and North London. Working on luxury properties, delivering high-quality plumbing and general maintenance services in occupied homes.

Key Duties:

• Plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault finding
• Installation and repair of sanitaryware, taps, valves and pipework
• Minor carpentry, decorating and general maintenance tasks
• Snagging, reactive maintenance and handyman works
• Working independently in client-facing environments
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

Requirements:

• Trade-qualified Plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Proven high-end residential maintenance experience
• Multi-trade skills including basic carpentry and general maintenance
• Own tools and full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills

Details:

• 50,000 - 55,000 per annum
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Company van provided
• Immediate start available
