As a travel RN specializing in Med‑Surg, you'll have the chance to expand your clinical skills in a 32‑bed department that features 3 step‑down beds and 29 med/surg‑tele beds. This assignment will immerse you in diverse workplace practices and leadership styles, providing meaningful new experiences to boost your rsum. No floating is required, ensuring focus and stability within your unit.

• On‑call as needed depending on census
• Full time: 2 weekend shifts per pay period;
  Part time: 1 weekend shift per pay period
• Mix of set schedule and flex scheduling, depending on staffing

• Active RN license with Med‑Surg experience
• Proficiency in Omnicell medication systems and Cerner documentation
• Adaptable to different staffing ratios:
  Tele/pediatrics 1:4, SDU 1:3, med/surg 1:5
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment

• Provide exceptional patient care within med‑surg and step‑down settings
• Administer medications and document using hospital systems
• Collaborate with 24/7 support services, including pharmacy and phlebotomy
• Respond flexibly to call requirements related to patient census
