• Daily tasks as Desktop support
• Take action with tickets that are issued by Helpdesk by called/mailed from users
• Log ticket action details in ServicesNow
• Maintain Desktop and System Security
• PC build and replace (Currently Win7 and Win10)
• PC repair (Check issues and contact vendor for on-site support)
• PC and other equipment purchase, vendor management
• Monitor Network Performance and Suggest Improvements
