• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, trailer yards, loading and unloading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or driver access in accordance with site protocols, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by observing vehicle and foot traffic patterns, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with orderly site operations during shifts.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
