Guests
Greet persons entering the office and determine the nature and purpose of their visit. Have them sign in.
Screen incoming guests; We may accept solicitors contact information but cannot provide them with ours
Clients
Make sure that they are offered fresh coffee/ tea, refreshments and food if any is available
Seat them in the waiting room
Advise their manager and partner of their attendance
