Shopee Designers design for impact and seek to create a user-centric experience for our consumers, merchants and internal teams. Job Description:

Create marketing assets for online and offline materials

Develop engaging design content that supports campaigns and evergreen products and messaging across channels

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, visual graphics, and layouts

Maintain brand’s consistency across all visual assets

Ideate special projects with other creative team members

Coordinate with local teams on campaigns

Able to translate creative briefs into visual

Make necessary revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requests from internal teams

Liaise with stakeholders/requesters to accomplish the task assigned

Maintain organized files and documentation of design projects to ease collaboration

Capable of executing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively in a timely manner

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines

Effective team player with good communication skills

Able to work in a wide range of media
