We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Landscape Installer to help lead landscape and hardscape installation projects. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a team, and can keep projects moving efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside installation crews on landscape and hardscape projects.
  • Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, sod, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Read and execute landscape designs and installation plans.
  • Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain production goals.
  • Train and mentor crew members.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
  • Operate landscaping equipment, skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools safely.
  • Maintain clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
Qualifications
  • Previous landscape installation experience required.
  • Crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and materials.
  • Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees.
  • Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape installation is a plus.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
