We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Landscape Installer to help lead landscape and hardscape installation projects. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with a team, and can keep projects moving efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities- Lead and work alongside installation crews on landscape and hardscape projects.
- Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, sod, drainage systems, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
- Read and execute landscape designs and installation plans.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and maintain production goals.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
- Operate landscaping equipment, skid steers, compact equipment, and power tools safely.
- Maintain clean, organized jobsites, trucks, and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
- Previous landscape installation experience required.
- Crew leadership or foreperson experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices and materials.
- Ability to identify common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Experience with grading, drainage, and hardscape installation is a plus.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
