Timon in Breukelen zoekt een Ambulant begeleider in de jeugdzorg. Je begeleidt jongeren richting zelfstandigheid binnen het Perspectiefhuis Fase 3 in Utrecht. Met een hbo-diploma in Social Work en minimaal vier jaar ervaring ben je verantwoordelijk voor hun ontwikkeling en betrokken bij hun netwerk.
Daarnaast bieden wij een bruto maandsalaris volgens de cao jeugdzorg, 25 vakantiedagen, en een uitgebreider inwerktraject met diverse trainingen. Flexibiliteit in je rol wordt gekoesterd, aangezien je tussen diverse locaties werkt.
