Timon zoekt een pleegzorgbegeleider in Utrecht om pleegkinderen en hun gezinnen te ondersteunen. Je coördineert de pleegzorgplaatsingen en werkt samen met ouders en kinderen om individuele plannen op te stellen die in hun belang zijn.
Een relevante HBO-opleiding en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn essentieel. Je komt te werken in een klein team dat zich richt op maatwerk en samenwerking met lokale partners.
