This position reports toDirector of Service Operations
Your role and responsibilitiesThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Process industries division within the Southeast region. You will be mainly accountable for:
• Preventive maintenance, installation, corrective service and telephone/remote access support of laboratory and production process testing instruments. Service activities must be performed within established ISO certified policies and procedures and documented accordingly.
- Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field and 8+ years of related work/military experience required. Or HS Diploma and 10+ years of related work/military experience required.
- Network support, Computer repair and OS restoration as well as software configuration is preferred.
- Experience using calibration and electronic test equipment is desired. General software knowledge a must (Win
10, MS Office
365). - Ability to work overtime as necessary to meet customer’s needs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 65%+ of the time.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
While base salary is determined by successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $61,900 and $115,100 annually.
