Position: Accountant Role with Process Improvement Focus
Embrace an Accountant position with a reputable real estate operations group headquartered in Vancouver. This role includes payroll administration and revenue accounting in a supportive environment.

You will report to the Accounting Manager, managing payroll for a sizable workforce while conducting revenue reconciliations. Your input in month-end processes and audit preparation is vital for success, along with proposing enhancements to accounting workflows. Your detail-oriented nature will shine as you collaborate with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer payroll for approximately 60-80 employees

• Coordinate revenue reconciliation across sites

• Prepare month-end and year-end entries and reports

• Assist during the annual audit process

• Contribute to improvement in accounting workflows

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance

• 2–4 years relevant accounting experience

• Strong payroll processing skills and revenue knowledge

• Proficient in Sage 50, Pay Works, and Excel

• Effective communication for cross-department collaboration
