As a Senior Accountant, you'll be central to managing the accounting for our senior living properties, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. You will leverage your five-plus years of accounting experience, particularly in intercompany transactions, and utilize Yardi Voyager effectively to address operational challenges. Your contributions will help enhance the quality of our financial services and promote a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for the Master LP and related entities

• Prepare month-end closes and support financial analyses

• Ensure compliance with lender reporting and internal controls

• Conduct reconciliations of general ledger and bank accounts

• Assist in streamlining accounting processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience in senior living or property management

• Expertise in intercompany accounting practices

• Proven experience with Yardi Voyager

• CPA or progress towards CPA preferred

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
