This role emphasizes assisting local project teams in effectively managing projects and coordinating detailed proposal production. The successful candidate should bring strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. A collaborative mindset is also key to supporting the broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track project deliverables using software and teamwork
• Document project meetings and summarize outcomes
• Edit, proofread, and format proposals and documents
• Provide positive support for marketing requests
• Process and file project documentation efficiently
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary certification is a plus
• 1-3 years prior office experience, preferably in projects
• 2-5 years in marketing or proposal environments
• Knowledge of consulting practices is advantageous
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
