The core objective of the Receptionist & Sales Coordinator is to support the efficient day-to-day operation of Vancouver Mitsubishi. You will have the opportunity to assist and be trained by some the best and most experienced people in the industry. This is an exciting aspect of this position and can provide a great additional income for the right candidate. Potential to grow into other Junior and Senior Roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administration support to the Vancouver Mitsubishi team (Sales, Service, Accounting)
Manage dealer inventory system to ensure an efficient operation.
Coordinates inventory related tasks across departments.
Provides a professional and positive first point of contact for all current and potential clients.
Supports the team in maintaining regular contact and positive relationships with current, past and prospective clients.
Supports the team in administrative functions required for vehicle acquisition and sale.
Job Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain rapport with colleagues and customers.
Sales
Experience with in the automotive industry is an asset but not a requirement.
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively on the phone and over email.
Interests and willingness to learn about automotive sales, leasing and financing.
Office administration experience is a bonus.
Social Media Marketing experience is a bonus.
