Position: Controller Role in Global Construction Projects
Take charge as a Construction Controller at Starlight Development within Elevation Capital. Lead financial management for groundbreaking construction projects around the world.

As the Controller, you will be tasked with the financial oversight of an exciting portfolio of development projects, focusing on off-grid, luxury, and modular constructions. Close collaboration with the vice president and project teams ensures that your keen financial insights drive informed decision-making across all operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee detailed construction budgets

• Create dashboards providing real-time financial visibility

• Work with PMs on estimates and change orders

• Review bids and terms for compliance and cost-effectiveness

• Standardize financial documentation for projects

Requirements:

• 7+ years in construction finance or related fields

• Experience managing substantial budgets across various vendors

• Strong expertise in job costing and construction contracts

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboard tools preferred

• High attention to detail and process integrity
