TD is seeking a Customer Experience Associate for its Personal & Commercial Banking line of business. You will facilitate financial transactions, directly engage with customers, and address their unique needs while promoting banking products. This role requires 15 hours of commitment per week and aims to build a diverse and effective team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assess customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions
• Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures
• Achieve business goals by promoting relevant banking services
• Contribute to a positive and equitable work environment
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Farsi language skills are an asset
