Reporting to the VP of Land Development, your role entails managing detailed construction budgets and surfacing financial risks. You will create templates and workflows that empower Project Managers, all while maintaining clear communication and documentation for financial accountability. This position is best suited for a detail-oriented professional who understands the complexities of construction finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage comprehensive construction project budgets
• Develop real-time dashboards for financial tracking
• Partner with PMs to manage change orders and estimations
• Evaluate vendor bids and compliance with contracts
• Standardize financial reporting and documentation strategies
Requirements:
• 7+ years in construction finance or project accounting
• Experience with project budgets from $5M–$50M+
• High capability in Excel; familiarity with dashboard tools is a bonus
• Knowledge in contract regulations and contractor compliance
• Detail-focused in a high-pressure, accountable environment
