Position: Project Controls Analyst for Budgets
Support project financial execution as a Project Controls Analyst. Engage with Project Managers to enhance compliance, reporting, and budgeting accuracy using targeted project management software.

In this role, your contributions will be key to the financial health of multiple projects. You’ll assist in contract reviews, budget tracking, and communications with finance to ensure adherence to accounting principles. Your analytical skills will help identify issues and trends that impact project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project budgets and forecasts

• Assist with legal compliance and contract reviews

• Prepare monthly financial updates for stakeholders

• Monitor accounts receivable and billing accuracy

• Maintain risk logs and control deliverables

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience

• Associate’s degree in business, engineering, or finance preferred

• Experience with project management tools and software

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
