Base pay range  $150.00/hr - $150.00/hr
Mercor is recruiting U.S./UK/Canada/Europe/East Asia-based  Finance Experts  for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.
You are a good fit if you   Have  at least 2 years of experience  working at top firms in investment banking or private equity and experience in  at least one of the following
Product groups
Restructuring & Distressed Investing
PIPE (private investment in public equities) / convertible security models
IPO modeling
Coverage groups
Biotech
Gaming & lodging
Telecom
Role details   The work is  fully asynchronous  and can be done around your schedule
You must be able to commit  at least 20 hours per week  for this role
This contract is expected to last till December
Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor
The vetting process involves:
~10 minute behavioral interview asking about previous deals you’ve worked on
Technical assessment ( One 2h paid assessment of modeling skills
Pay and legal status    This role will pay $150/hour
We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect based on the number of hours you log
You will be classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor
