Position: Controller for Strategic Accounts at Enkel
Elevate financial operations as a Controller for Strategic Accounts at Enkel, based in Vancouver, BC. Focus on 5 to 10 complex clients, guiding financial decisions and leading high-impact projects.

Enkel is searching for a Controller who will directly manage the finance function for a select portfolio, collaborating closely with executive teams and leaders in non-profits. In this role, you won't just oversee – you will become an integrated financial partner, delivering insights and challenging conventional thinking to drive better decisions. With only a handful of clients, you will leverage depth over breadth in your financial reporting and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as in-house Controller for select complex clients

• Control full finance functions from budgeting to reporting

• Guide monthly financial discussions with executives

• Lead strategic financial projects and initiatives

• Enhance reporting and support key organizational transitions

Requirements:

• 10+ years in accounting or financial leadership roles

• Knowledge of Canadian GAAP and tax regulations

• Experience with non-profits is a strong asset

• Strong CPA designation preferred

• Proficient with Quick Books Online and cloud tools
